Call-Out Fee
A fixed £49 call-out fee is applied when a booking is made. This covers only the attendance.
If you cancel after a technician has been assigned, the call-out fee still applies.
Emergency call-outs always include this fee.
Same-day or pre-booked appointments for services included in the Fixed Price range usually do not include a call-out fee (unless stated otherwise).

Labour Charges
Labour is charged with a 1-hour minimum, then in 30-minute increments thereafter.
You only pay for the time spent on-site, all rates are provided as a reference for labour only. Additional charges may apply for inspection, diagnostics or testing (if applicable).
Payment Options
Payments are accepted incash, bank transfers or credit/debit cards . (Card payments are only available if the technician has a card reader)
Estimates
An estimation fee of £49 applies to complex or large jobs to cover the cost of preparing a detailed quote.
VAT & Materials
All rates are exclusive of VAT (added at the applicable rate).
Any materials provided by the technician will be added to the total cost.
